Where is my order? No tracking updates.Updated a year ago

We do our best to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. If you have received an email update with the tracking information but your tracking has not updated please note that the carrier may take up to 20 days to scan your package in some circumstances. If it has been 20 days or more since the last update and you have Route Protection on your order, you can file a claim with Route here. If it has been 20 days or more since the last update and you do not have Route Protection on your order you will need to file a claim with the carrier who provided the shipping label (i.e. UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.)
