Kasey Boone Skincare™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or shipping issues once the package leaves our facility. Once the package leaves our facility, liability is transferred to USPS, UPS, FedEx or any other carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance. 
Also, be sure to watch your tracking information for updates on the location of your package. The carrier will determine if your order can be left in a safe and secure place at your delivery address. If you have any questions or need further assistance please contact us so we can assist you further. Be sure to include your name and order number associated with the order.

We do our best to ship your order out quickly and efficiently. As soon as 1 business day for small orders (23 units or less), and as soon as 4 business days for wholesale orders (24 units or more).

However, we now offer Route! Purchase protection is now available for all of your orders. Please note that Route must be included alongside your order at the time of purchase and it's benefits only apply to the orders it has been purchased with. Shipping

Kasey Boone Skincare™ uses our supplier's standard shipping methods which include USPS, UPS, FedEx and any other carrier. Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 days after receiving your order, but some carriers may take up to 6-7 days. Shipping within the continental U.S. generally takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. International products are usually shipped within a 10-day business range with USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL.

Returns

Please note that all sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds/ Replacements

In order to qualify for a refund or replacement on damaged products upon receipt, you must file a claim by emailing [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. You must include proof, including photos and a description of the damage.
