Refund policy
Please note that all sales are final and not eligible for return, exchange or refund. We have a NO REFUND policy, which means you may not cancel, return or exchange your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items cannot be returned including custom products (such as private label orders), and personal care goods (such as beauty products), etc. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
