It is common that over time and use Kasey Boone Skincare™ products can become worn, torn, stain, break, fragment, crack etc. If any of these problems happen to occur, or other "damage" related issues, it will be at Kasey Boone Skincare™'s discretion to determine if a refund, replacement, credit or no action will be taken. To submit a claim, you can email us at [email protected]. Please be sure to include photographs as well as your order number. Please note that any products sold by Kasey Boone Skincare™ that were ordered over 120 days after your claim was submitted will not be eligible for review.
